II Amazon Animal Science Teaching Seminar

The event will provide its participants with an excellent opportunity to update their knowledge, develop teaching, research and extension, in addition to networking. It will provide an opportunity to debate ideas and present scientific papers. The Congress will offer participants the opportunity to experience other scenarios, other realities that, added to their daily lives, become learning experiences. We also believe that young students leave a congress more motivated for their course. Stimulated, they will produce more and demand certain attitudes from their teachers in the classroom, such as up-to-date knowledge of the content to be taught.

Objective

The Congress aims to disseminate and debate topics related to animal production, with a special focus on the Amazon, thus serving professionals in the field of agricultural sciences and bringing students closer to public policies related to agribusiness in Pará and the problems it faces. Bringing academia closer to the production sectors, and in this way allowing the event to strengthen the scientific aspects of the activity.

Target Audience

Graduates, students in the areas of agronomy, veterinary science, animal husbandry and fisheries engineering, technologists who work in the animal production sector and producers in the region, public agents of regional development, as well as non-governmental organizations. Coordinators of Animal Husbandry Courses from the entire Amazon region. Coordinators of Postgraduate Studies in Animal Husbandry in the Amazon.
