Bromatology
The Bromatology Course was the first vacation course organized by the GERFAM team, which started on July 15th and ended on July 19th in 2013.
The demand for the course met the organizers' expectations and the critics' expectations as well.
In testimonials, students who participated in the course expressed their opinion on the course's application: Rosana Ingrid Ribeiro dos Santos, 20 years old, 8th semester of Animal Science: "The vacation course I participated in was very interesting, it met my expectations about the subjects that would be covered. It is tiring because it is condensed, but the number of hours you earn on the certificate complements my effort.
The course was taught by the group coordinator and professor Dr. Aníbal Coutinho do Rêgo
