The Bromatology Course was the first vacation course organized by the GERFAM team, which started on July 15th and ended on July 19th in 2013.

The demand for the course met the organizers' expectations and the critics' expectations as well.

With the First Gerfam Summer Course, everyone was able to learn about our commitment to the university and to the dissemination of science in the academic environment. For the group, it served as both a learning experience and an opportunity to prepare future events.
